Originally from Nevada, Mariana always dreamed of bringing modern western style to the South. With a passion for creating meaningful experiences and an eye for design, she envisioned a venue that felt warm, welcoming, and unlike anything else in the area.
Travis brought that vision to life with his craftsmanship and dedication. Together, we built much of the barn by hand and continue to care for every part of the property, from maintaining the grounds to tending our herd of Texas Longhorn cattle.
As a family-owned business raising two little boys, Lovelock Ranch is so much more than a wedding venue. It's a place built with faith, family, and a whole lot of heart. Every detail reflects who we are and the life we've created together.

Every western ranch needs Longhorns... or at least that's what Travis told me back in 2020 when he decided we needed to make the trip to Texas and bring some home.
After a road trip we'll never forget, we returned with our first four girls: Loretta, Smokin' Star, Voodoo, and Psycho. They were the foundation of what has become one of the most beloved parts of Lovelock Ranch.
Over the years, our herd has continued to grow, and today our registered Texas Longhorns have become a signature part of the ranch. Whether they're grazing in the pastures during cocktail hour or serving as the backdrop for stunning photos, they add an authentic western charm that makes Lovelock Ranch truly one of a kind.
And then there's Jenny, our honorary Longhorn. She may not have the horns, but don't tell her that; she's convinced she's part of the herd and is by far the sweetest girl on the ranch.

Is my rehearsal included in the package price?
Yes, in most cases, rehearsal will take place the day before the wedding.
Where is the barn located?
We are located in Wimauma, FL. About 45 minutes outside of the Tampa area.

Can I book the barn for something other than a wedding?
Yes! We have hosted many bridal showers, birthday parties, graduation celebrations and company holiday parties.

Do you have staff on-site during the event?
Yes, we have a dedicated venue manager from start to finish.
Do you have to hire a planner?
Yes! The planner must be from our preferred vendors list.
Do you allow any open flame candles inside the barn?
No, we only allow led candles.
Do we have to use your preferred vendors list?
Yes, these vendors are not only very talented but also familiar with Lovelock, helping your wedding day run smoothly.
How long can my wedding be?
Approximately 5.5 hours! Generally, 30 minutes for the ceremony, 1 hour for cocktail hour, and 4 hours for your reception.
What is the max capacity?
We can comfortably hold 150 guests.
What is included in your DIY wedding package?
You will get 72 inch tables, black resin chairs, access to our 'Something Borrowed' Closet and Bridal Suite, along with 10 hours in the barn.

Can I take pictures with the longhorns?
You cannot be in the same field as them, but we can capture them from a safe distance. Although they are beautful they aren't the friendliest.
Can we take engagement photos at the venue?
Yes, our wedding package included the option to schedule an on-site photo session.
Do you allow campers on the property.
Unfortunately, we do not allow campers on the property.
What type of wedding packages do you offer?
We offer DIY weddings and have a wonderful preferred vendors list that really helps with planning!
Do you have a backup plan for rain?
Yes, in the event of inclement weather the ceremony and cocktail hour will be held inside the barn. We will move the arch and all outside decor inside. You can choose a mini set-up on the dance with an aisle or everyone can take their seats.
Is the barn climate controlled?
Yes, we are fully temperature-controlled with air conditioning and heat.
Can we leave vehicles here overnight?
Yes! Our number one priority is to keep everyone safe. Had a little too much fun? No problem! But please, let a Lovelock team member know so we can give you instructions on picking up vehicles the next day.
Do you allow sparklers for the exit?
Yes, Lovelock allows you to bring any intems that are biodegradable. (Bubbles, fresh flowers, glowsticks, or metal rod sparklers)
